1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement governing the use of the jaia 9 platform and all its services. By registering, logging in, or using any service on jaia 9, you fully agree to these Terms.

jaia 9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

In these Terms, "platform" refers to the jaia 9 website, mobile application, and all digital services operated under it. "User" refers to any person who accesses this platform, whether registered or not.

2 Membership and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to open an account and use services on jaia 9:

• Each person may open only one account. Holding more than one account under the same person's name is not permitted.

• The mobile number and email address used for registration must be active and belong to you.

jaia 9 reserves the right to reject any registration application without stating a reason. Processing of large withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your jaia 9 account login details — username, password, and OTP — completely confidential. Never share this information with any third party.

3.1 Password Security

Use a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Changing your password regularly is recommended for security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the jaia 9 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, renting, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. Each account may only be used by the registered individual.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there is no activity on an account for an extended period, jaia 9 may mark it as inactive. Contact us through the support channel to reactivate it.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on jaia 9 are processed through popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

Withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Transaction Verification

For unusual or suspicious transactions, jaia 9 may request additional verification. If the required documents are not provided, the transaction may be rejected.

4.4 Currency

jaia 9 processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka only. Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers on jaia 9 are provided subject to specific conditions. Please read the relevant terms in full before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be met before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; you may only withdraw winnings after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts using the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• jaia 9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus fraud or misuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

6 Game Rules

The jaia 9 platform offers casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, and various card games. The specific rules for each game are listed on that game's page.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market, and are displayed in the game interface. jaia 9 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) or via a live dealer. If a game result remains undetermined due to a technical fault, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded.

6.3 Disconnection

jaia 9 is not liable for any loss caused by an internet disconnection or device failure during gameplay. Each game's own policy will be followed for incomplete games.

6.4 Sports Betting

If a match or event is cancelled, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded. In the case of revised results, bets will be settled after the official result is announced. In the event of any dispute over betting odds, jaia 9's determination shall be final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaia 9 platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity
• Using bots, automated software, or any method to gain an artificial advantage
• Attempting to manipulate game results or interfering with the platform's security systems
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain any other benefit
• Conducting transactions using stolen or unauthorised payment details
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information

jaia 9 monitors any suspicious activity and reserves the right to take appropriate action if such activity is confirmed.

8 Account Closure

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your jaia 9 account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. Before closing the account, please withdraw any eligible balance remaining.

8.2 Closure by jaia 9

jaia 9 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Evidence that the account was registered using false information
• Evidence that the account holder is a minor
• A self-exclusion request made as part of responsible gaming policy

Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned after the verification process is complete, however if the account was closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

• Loss resulting from a user sharing their account details with another person
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors
• Unavoidable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions
• Issues with the user's own device or network

There is always a risk of financial loss in gambling. jaia 9 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gaming.

12 Changes to Terms

jaia 9 reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
